NNPC engages CITAC for off-shore processing project
CITAC is to provide consultancy services to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on its project for the off-shore processing of Nigerian crude oil. NNPC launched an "Invitation for pre-qualification of reputable international refiners for off-shore processing of crude oil" in the press on 17th November with a closing date of 30th November 2008.
