Citac publishes latest quarterly report
Citac is pleased to announce the publication of the fourth of 2009's Sub-Saharan Africa Oil Market Reports.
The newly redesigned report includes all the regular features on product markets, shipping, regional news, pump prices and people/company news. This edition's special article is titled "A Road Map for Refining in Sub-Saharan Africa", and discusses the implications of the World Bank's combined Refinery and Health Study for Sub-Saharan Africa.
